  It has a share computer I needed to use. Friendly staff, easy to join if a local resident.

  Friendly staff, a co-worker and I worked remotely before heading to the snow the following day. We had no issues with the wifi and was a great place for us

  Obviously it's a library offering library services (and they do that well), but it's also a great place to get out of the weather and wait for family to finish their errands, or to borrow an internet connection when your home service is insufficient or down, or even just use the toilets. There is always a jigsaw puzzle in progress for anyone to work on, and the selection of items to borrow is quite good for a library of this size.
